Teoria: Terceira Condicional (IF + PAST PERFECT, ... WOULD HAVE + PP)
Veja em ação: John: "Why didn't you buy the car?" (Por que você não comprou o carro?)
Ana: "If I had had the money, I would have bought it." (Se eu tivesse tido o dinheiro, eu teria comprado.)
Usamos a Terceira Condicional (Third Conditional) para falar sobre uma ação hipotética que *teria acontecido no passado* (mas não aconteceu). É o "passado imaginário", frequentemente usado para arrependimentos.
A fórmula é: IF + [Past Perfect (had + PP)], ... [WOULD HAVE + Particípio Passado (PP)].
O WOULD HAVE (e WOULDN'T HAVE) é usado para *todas* as pessoas.
Contrações: 'd have (Ex: I'd have gone) / would've (Ex: I would've gone).
Exemplos Práticos da Estrutura:
If I had studied, I would have passed. (Se eu tivesse estudado, eu teria passado.)
If she hadn't left, she would have seen him. (Se ela não tivesse saído, ela o teria visto.)
