Teoria: Condicional Perfeito Contínuo (WOULD + HAVE + BEEN + ING)
Veja em ação: John: "I'm so tired." (Estou tão cansado.)
Ana: "If the meeting hadn't been canceled, we would have been working all night." (Se a reunião não tivesse sido cancelada, nós teríamos estado trabalhando a noite toda.)
Usamos o Condicional Perfeito Contínuo para focar na duração de uma ação hipotética que *teria acontecido no passado* (mas não aconteceu).
A fórmula é: Sujeito + WOULD + HAVE + BEEN + Verbo com -ING.
O WOULD HAVE BEEN (e WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN) é usado para *todas* as pessoas.
Contrações: 'd have been (Ex: I'd have been) / would've been (Ex: I would've been).
