Usamos o Passado Perfeito Contínuo para focar na duração ou continuidade de uma ação que estava acontecendo *antes* de outra ação no passado.

A fórmula é: Sujeito + HAD + BEEN + Verbo com -ING.

  • O HAD BEEN (e HAD NOT BEEN / HADN'T BEEN) é usado para *todas* as pessoas.
  • Contração: 'd been (Ex: I'd been, She'd been).
